Mushroom Risotto Ai Fungi

Authentic Italian-style risotto cooked the slow and painful way, but oh so worth it. Delicious variety of fresh mushrooms, Italian Carnaroli/Arborio rice, our own vegetable broth, olive oil, crushed garlic, cream, onions and shallot, white wine, butter, Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley. Risotto, is a rice dish that is simple to prepare, but it does take some time in the basic preparation. Unlike other rice dishes, requires constant care and attention while cooking. From the time we receive the order it takes 30-40 minutes in preparation.
